Sucker Punch is seeking a temporary Recruiting Coordinator to source and recruit top industry talent. This position will be responsible for candidate sourcing and will support the full-cycle recruiting process at this fast-paced studio, build relationships with candidates and many times provide the first and lasting impression of the studio. Essential responsibilities include:
Creatively sourcing and recruiting video game developer candidates using traditional and nontraditional sourcing techniques.
Candidate sourcing across all disciplines: art, design, programming, audio, etc.
Managing and maintaining requisitions on applicant tracking system (CATS)
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
Advertising and promoting open positions.
Conducting initial telephone screening.
Coordinating onsite and phone interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinating new requisitions with contingent employer of record for contract hires.
Assisting with the review and preparation of competitive offer packages.
Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires.
Participating in cross functional projects and teams to address Sucker Punch talent acquisition needs.
Tracking progress of applicants and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
2+ years candidate sourcing or recruiting experience.
Experience sourcing in a video game studio setting.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to work on multiple tasks and priorities.
Knowledge of CATS or similar ATS system.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer service orientation.
Demonstrated success supporting a variety of sourcing techniques.
Must be a team player, capable of working amicably with all other HR and Talent Acquisition partners.
This is a project-based contract for 3-7 months. Relocation support is not available.
