Sucker Punch is an award-winning developer of Playstation games. We produced the Sly Cooper series of stealth platformers for the Playstation 2, which taught the youth of the world that stealing was OK (in certain circumstances).
More recently, we’ve been working on the inFAMOUS series of games, which explore the joy of having superpowers and the pain of sidekicks nagging you about how to use them. We work on one game at a time, on one platform
at a time, and all we care about is the quality of the games we produce.

Sucker Punch is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support the full-cycle recruiting process at a first party Sony studio. The candidate will lead the management of recruiting activities at this fast-paced studio, build relationships with candidates and many times provide the first and lasting impression of the studio. Essential responsibilities include:
  • Managing and maintaining requisitions on applicant tracking system (CATS).
  • Advertising and promoting open positions.
  • Coordinating on-site and phone interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Coordinating new requisitions with contingent employer of record for contract hires.
  • Assisting with the review and preparation of competitive offer packages.
  • Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires.
  • Participating in cross functional projects and teams to address Sucker Punch talent acquisition needs.
  • Creatively source video game developer candidates using traditional and nontraditional sourcing techniques.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
  • 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • 60+ wpm.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to work on multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of CATS or similar ATS system.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated success supporting a variety of sourcing techniques.
  • Must be a team player, capable of working amicably with all other HR and Talent Acquisition partners.
Bonus Factors:
  • Experience sourcing in a video game studio setting across all disciplines: art, design, programming, audio, etc.
